I MUST STOP BUILDING ASSETS AND START BUILDING THE SCENES IN AE. I AM WORRIED THAT SOME OF THE ASSETS WONT WORK AND FEEL LIKE ITS ULTIMATELY TIME WASTED, WHICH I HAVE NONE OF! IF THEY DO WORK AND FEEL LIKE A SOLID PIECE THAN I WILL WORK ON THE ASSETS AND SEQUENCES AT THE SAME TIME IN ORDER TO HAVE A ROUGH DRAFT FOR MID-TERMS. _New Assets Below!

A Start
20 down, only about 80 more to go! I want these silhouettes to be extremely simple, yet refined and symbolic. People need to see the image and immediately understand what it is.

MEET with DISASTER
Over the weekend, I got the sound equipment to record two separate versions of my narrative.
(myself and my friend Joel), unfortunately when I arrived to record my friend Joel the sound equipment did not work. I spent quite a while trying to figure out what the hell was wrong with it and finally gave up. Completely clueless, I tried to reach Merideth to help solve my problem. By the time she got back to me it was Monday and of course the assignment was due on Tuesday, so I called my buddy Joel back to see if he could give it another round, and the bastard never answered his phone. So, I attempted to do a couple of run-throughs myself, and they were terrible. I need someone with an extremely, strong narrative voice, you know like Morgan Freeman or Shawn Connery or some shit. So instead, I decided to work on the assets for a few of the upcoming scenes and plan to record Nick attempting the narration in class Tuesday!

Retry
So I took the image back to Pshop and connected the hat to his head. Next, I changed the anchor point of the pic ax to match up at his right hand and keyed in rotation of the ax on the z axis. Seems to work a lot better.
